Titanic artifacts back at Liberty Science Center for first time in 10 years

E/M Group and RMS Titanic, Inc. proudly announce the return of TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition to Jersey City, NJ, after 10 years on February 15, 2025. The Exhibition has become a global phenomenon, renowned for its ability to transport visitors on an immersive journey into the remarkable story of the RMS Titanic through authentic artifacts recovered from the wrecksite, compelling storytelling, and interactive experiences.

Guests will journey back in time, exploring expertly re-created iconic Titanic spaces and learning the story of the Ship and her passengers and crew through real artifacts recovered from the wrecksite. A highlight of this Exhibition is the logometer, used to track the distance Titanic traveled each day—still showing the reading of the night she sank.

“We are excited to bring the artifacts back to Liberty Science Center,” said Tomasina Ray, Director of Collections and President of RMS Titanic, Inc. “It is important to bring it back so that the next generation of Titanic enthusiasts can experience the objects first-hand. We hope to inspire curiosity so that visitors come away with a new understanding of the tragedy that continues to grip public interest over 100 years after she sank.”

“Driven by the overwhelming interest from patrons in Jersey City, we are thrilled to bring the Titanic exhibition back,” said Gautam Chadna, Executive Vice President of Business Development. “This return not only deepens the connection between visitors and the legacy of the Titanic but also provides E/M Group with an exciting opportunity to showcase new elements and components of this iconic story.”

“The Titanic story transcends borders and cultures, reminding us of the resilience of the human spirit,” stated Kris Soder, CEO of E/M Group. “We are delighted to present this timeless narrative and its authentic artifacts to audiences around the world.”

The Exhibition opens February 15 at the Liberty Science Center, a 300,000-square-foot learning hub located in Liberty State Park on the Jersey City waterfront near the Statue of Liberty. With a mission to inspire the next generation, the Liberty Science Center provides a dynamic venue to host the Exhibition.
